We're off up to Scotland for a few days next week, so thinking or taking a couple of kites with me. Anyone know if kiting is allowed on the beach at Ayr, or a bit further up near Troon?
Prestwick Airport looks fairly close by on the map, so wondering if there's no flying due to being too close to the airport?
Although looking on Autoroute, Ayr is about 4 miles away from it, where Troon is just within 3 miles of it. I know there's a group called Irvine Flyers, so they use any beaches around this area, and if so, anyone know of any restrictions I should be aware of?
