When entering the area, procede past the round abouts. Take note of the Blue flag near the round about. You must not buggy down past this roundabout / flag towards the town.
There is talk of a restriction, during peak periods, of no wheeled activities. This will be signified by the use of the parking barrier. If the barrier is in use then its too busy to buggy / board.
I'll let you know if this one becomes a definate, or if somene knows for sure please add to this thread.
