Great buggying here and MTB's also !!!! Need insurance and also to register with southport council (Free) just to the left before driving onto the beach. They issue a 12 month certificate that you are sometimes asked to produce by the coastguard.
So just drive on down to the beach pay your 3 quid then head off to the left down the beach until the kiting area and have lots of fun!!!!!!
