I'm not sure about buggying, but take a look at the PKD Busters, they're easy to set up and fly, and they still give you the thrills of the other more expensive makes (imho)

To start with look at a 3 or 4m for light winds, but with autumn coming up you might want to also consider something smaller for when the wind picks up again.

Whatever you decide to get, remember to stick to winds <10mph to start with until you get used to the kite and how it performs at different areas in the wind window. and also get yourself some kite killers, these really are a must when starting out

The best way to decide what you want is to blag a go at your local kite shop or club, that way you can see how they handle before you part with your cash.
