Just thought I'd drop a note regarding benefits of joining the forum and if you are a member, actually logging in rather than lurking as a guest.
If you are not using a guest account you can have the new post flag enabled. This allows you to see at a glance, where the new posts are in the forum, thus saving you having to trawl every topic to see if there is new post added.
After reading the forum you can mark the topic as read, if someone then replies to your post the new post indicator is visible and you know someone has replied to your post.
Incase some of your not aware of this benefit.
