Runaround a field hanging on to a kite that should sort you out
Same goes for gloves designed for ice climbing or snowsports. Thinsulate is a magical material. Dont know for a fact but mabey you can get gloves for sailing. |

You could also try a pair of thermal socks that are made specifically for motorcyclists, these are relatively thin, flexable and warm as toast.
You could aslo try a pair of motorcycle gloves, the more modern ones have breathable liners to stop your hands sweating, although you may find what mal suggested a better option as bike gloves can be quite thick (although this may not be a bad thing!). Gaz ![]() |

Just had a thought if you have tried the direct gloves/footwear approach and its not working You can keep your extremities warm in other ways
We regularly go rock climbing and mountain biking in winter and it is not realy possible to wear any bulky gear and you can keep your hand/feet temperature up by wearing a good hat and gillet (body warmer) this keeps your core temperature up and stops you loosing heat through other parts of your body which is somtimes why your hands and feet get cold. Do you like garlic? if you do eat loads of it, but I think you need to start munching regularly before winter in order for whatever is in it to build up in your system. |

try some thin neoprene gloves with a windproof outer, you can usually pick them up fairly cheep from a watersports shop I find them much better than any other as they are thin but warm, as for your feet try bridgedale coolmax liners and a pair of bridgedale socks with walking boots these have kept my feet warm in very cold conditions (down to about -10 c). As above you should always use a good warm hat and body layer too.

I've been looking everywhere for gloves for my Raynauds. I've also been looking for some type of chat room, with no luck. Ran across youre' note online, and even tho its old, thought you might still be around and know some things I haven't found on Raynauds. Would like to hear from you.
