Theres is two solutions to this,

1. The not so technical method, simply get 2 legnths of thin climing rope around 5mm, and tie it across the bottom or ur side rails. Make sure its tight and under tention, this will stop the bend opening out.

2. A better solution is to get a bar welded onto the side rails to brace the bend. Iv modded the front forks to take a 20mm axle, which is holding up a lot better than the 12mm.

Allthough this mod needs basic welding skills, it is very simple to do, Basically just weld a plate over the existing one with a 20.3mm hole in it.

Currently making 2mtr stainless steel axles plus extenders and a brace for around 100 pounds, but any size can be made to order.
